How does Terry keep my outreach compliant?
Every message passes a compliance gate before it leaves: the consent basis for the recipient's jurisdiction, the sender's identity, the footer and a one-click unsubscribe. CASL for Canada, CAN-SPAM for the US. Opt-outs are honoured the same minute, and any person can be exported or erased on request.
What happens when someone replies?
Terry reads it. A yes gets the booking link with the owning rep copied. A question gets a drafted answer for a person to approve. A no gets a polite close. A rep can grab any conversation, or hand it into their own mailbox.
Which AI writes the emails?
Your choice. Bring your own Anthropic key or use our managed model. Every model passes a writing test on your knowledge before it may draft, and every person has an allowance with a hard cap.
How fast are we live, and how much can we send on day one?
Your workspace is live the same business day. We finish setup within two business days of receiving your documents and mailboxes, and outreach starts when you approve the first sends, usually day three. Sending starts at a safe pace and grows: a new mailbox begins around 20 a day and rises to 40 as it earns reputation, and the gates widen as your addresses prove themselves. Warmed mailboxes from us are ready in about two days; a fresh domain of your own takes two to four weeks.
Do I need extra mailboxes?
Not for light outreach. Each seat sends from the person's own Gmail or Microsoft 365, and Terry paces it so the address stays healthy. Pool mailboxes on a sister domain are for volume, or for keeping cold mail off your primary domain. Your plan includes a couple; add more when volume needs them, or leave them at zero.
